Free Ground Shipping
The Kingfisher offers free domestic shipping
on almost everything we sell. Some items don't qualify for free
shipping and are clearly noted as such in their description. Free shipping means that we use the most cost-effective
shipping option available.
At check-out we offer a $5.00 UPS upgrade. If you are leaving on the trip of a lifetime in a week or are one of those guys who needs to know exactly where your package is at all times, please use the UPS up grade - it's cheap insurance.
Product returns will be for the purchase cost less shipping charges.
For example, if you bought a pair of waders for $299.00 and the shipping was $9.00, if you end up returning that
product for a refund, we will take the $9.00 off the $299 you paid and
refund $290.00.
Exchanges for a different size, color or another product,
you simply ship the other product back (at your expense) and we will
ship the new product to you (at our expense.)
