It’s always since to see some of
this stuff once in awhile, but not in the context of you putting on or removing
a fly line. Get the right backing and tie the right knots, I’ve heard
some pretty sad but humorous stories of poor backing and knot quality in
situations where that’s the last thing you’d want.
