Each fly is tied on a chemically sharpened Japanese hook forged of the
finest steel. We use only Whiting saddle and neck hackle. To ensure
uniformity all blending and dying of materials must meet our rigid
Specifications Of course, materials alone do not make great flies. We
employ experienced tiers, and our founders Adam and Duncan have more
than 34 years of combined experience in commercial fly tying.  We also incorporate step tying, a process we've devloped that takes
slightly longer than standard tying, but results in nearly perfect
uniformity throughout our entire catalog of flies.
