Accredited Fly Fishing Courses
The Kingfisher Flyshop was chosen by The University of Montana to teach
the accredited fly fishing courses under the heading of HHP. We have
designed a series of classes that aim to orient newcomers to the sport
and help them enjoy the diversity of fishing options available
throughout the country and the Missoula area specifically. There are
currently introductory level, general and womens' classes that run year
'round and more advanced level courses are in the works.

Both of the shop owners are U of M graduates and long time fishing
guides with extensive local, international and industry knowledge.
Their combined experience has made the classes university favorites
that fill rapidly.
In addition to the enthusiastic support from the university,
many fly fishing companies have been very generous in their sponsorship
of these classes. Industry leaders such as Sage, Waterworks, Patagonia,
Rainy's and many others have helped in supplying students with the
latest gear and technology available. We truly appreciate their
participation.
