The Bitterroot is producing some solid fall days right now. The rain over the weekend bumped the flows up a fair amount, but will still fish pretty well. Various mayflies have been active, and the October caddis are still present. Streamers and nymphs will turn the most fish for you. For dry flies, use parachute adams, October caddis, midge clusters, BWOs, baetis, and attractors. For nymphs use prince nymphs, copper johns, big green machines, caddis pupae, and sparkle stones.
