The Bitteroot got a pretty good bump in flows from the rain, but fished well over the weekend. More rain and cloud cover on the way, so get it while its good. Tilt wing mahoganies, D&D BWO cripples, rusty spinners, midge clusters, laser pointer drakes, and brindle chutes are some fall flies you will want in your box. The mid day hopper action has been really good as well. Pink hoppers have been the bug of choice. Streamer fishing will keep you busy in between pods of risers. Peanut envy's, baby gongas, aztec buggers, mojo minnows, sex dungeons, and sparkle minnows have been out go to streamers.

HATCHES/Flies: Hecubas, Tricos, PMDs, caddis, hoppers. Dark, heavy nymphs for subsurface. JJ's specials, articulated streamers, bead-head woolly buggers.
