**Run-Off Sale May 11th-17th**

The Bitterroot is on the rise from the latest heat wave. Run off is truly here. The March browns, spring drakes, and baetis have all been out. The skwalas are still hanging around and you can still find fish looking up for them. For all you streamer junkies, the fish seem to be looking for a bigger meal lately. Smaller, flashy patterns have been moving a lot of fish. The fish will be tight to the banks and in the slow diamond chop on inside bends.

For March browns try a mimic may March brown, D&D cripple, parachute pheasant tail, or a brindle chute. Spotlight baetis, thorax BWO's, hatch matcher BWO's, and smokejumper baetis have all been getting chowed. For a skwala try a royal chubby, Amy's ant, rogue skwala, rastaman skwala, or olive simulator. TJ Hookers (new), tungsten stones, THE WORM, tungsten jigs, and purple princes will keep you busy while waiting for the dry fly bite.
