Its been pretty chilly up on The Blackfoot lately, but once the day warms up, the fishing has been good. Mahoganies and baetis are the name of the game for dry flies. For dries use October caddis, tricos, big PMDs, BWOs, elk hair caddis, hoppers, Chernobyls, Orange Stimulators, parachute adams, and purple hazes. This is a awesome time of year to fish streamers up on The Blackfoot. Big fish are starting to throw on the weight as winter approaches. For streamers use mojo minnows, sculpzillas, kreelex minnows, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns. For nymphs use Pat's rubber legs, princes, double beaded stones, micro stones, beer head baetis, San Juan worms, October caddis pupae and batman nymphs.

HATCHES: hecubas, hoppers, tricos, nocturnal stones, October caddis, BWOs, etc.
