Fishing has been pretty chilly up on The Blackfoot, but the afternoons have still been worth the drive. If you haven't heard, wet wading is not the best option any more. Lose the favorite fishing Speedo and dust off the waders because the afternoon streamer fishing has been awesome. For streamers use mojo minnows, sculpzillas, kreelex minnows, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns. For dries use October caddis, tricos, big PMDs, BWOs, elk hair caddis, hoppers, Chernobyls, Orange Stimulators, parachute adams, and purple hazes. For nymphs use Pat's rubber legs, purple princes, double beaded stones, CDC pheasant tails, big green machine baetis, San Juan worms, October caddis pupae and batman nymphs.
