Streamer fishing and October caddis fishing has been picking up on the Blackfoot. We might actually see some warmer weather by the end of the week. Afternoon or evening is the time to go. For dries use October caddis, BWOs, elk hair caddis, hoppers, Chernobyls, Orange Stimulators, parachute adams, and purple hazes. For nymphs use Pat's rubber legs, purple princes, jig quill nymphs, big green machine baetis, San Juan worms, October caddis pupae and jig prince nymphs. For streamers use skiddish smolts, sculpzillas, boogiemen, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns.

HATCHES: mahogany duns, October caddis, BWOs, fall drakes
