The Blackfoot has held pretty steady around 6000cfs and clarity isn't to bad. It's do-able from a raft, but you better have a quality oarsman. No salmonflies yet, but they are right around the corner. Tandem rigs under an indicator will be your best bet. Use THE WORM, tungsten jig stones, tungsten prince nymphs, pat's rubber legs and purple prince nymphs. This is also our favorite time of year to throw streamers on The Blackfoot. Dungeons, sparkle minnows, barely legals, sculpzillas, yellow yummies, headbanger sculpins, mojo minnows, and dirty hippies have been productive for us.
HATCHES: midges, caddis, baetis, drakes
