The Blackfoot water temps have dropped back down to a reasonable level from the cooler nights we have been having, but watch for them to start climbing again with the weather we have coming. Guide reports from the Blackfoot the last couple days have been really good. The lower section has been great with goldenstones, hoppers (no dropper necessary, apparently, but it helps) and PMDs. For dries use big elk hair caddis, yellow stimis, panty dropper hoppers, Chernobyls, 409's, Rogue stones, hippie stompers, bullet heads, parachute adams, and purple hazes. For nymphs use Pat's rubber legs, princes, CDC pheasant tails, Macgruber PMD nymphs, San Juan worms and batman nymphs. For streamers use Aztecs, sculpzillas, JJ specials, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and zoo cougars.
