L-18

The fishing pretty much from Kelly Island all the way down to St. Regis has been very good recently. Lots of fish working the early morning tricos and late morning spinner falls. As the tricos fade, the hopper fishing has been the way to go. Pink hoppers have been getting lots of looks through out the day, while in the evening a big mayfly spinner or cripple has been getting the most action. The fishing has been taking a bit longer to get going these days with the shift in daylight hours so the "on at dawn" deal is no longer the most viable approach.

HATCHES: golden stones, PMDs, caddis, spruce moths, hoppers, tricos, baetis
