The weatherman says that today will be chilly, but it's hard to know what to believe anymore. Just know that, regardless of the weather, Rock Creek is fishing quite well, and is worth your time this fall. Streamer fishing has been laughably GOOD. Sparkle minnows, mojo minnows, mini dungeons, and yellow yummies worked well for us. For a short window in the afternoon fish have been up looking for dries. For dry flies use mahoganies, chubby Chernobyls, stimulators, BWOs, Rocky Mtn Mints, purple hazes, October caddis, and chew toys. Get after it while you can still feel your fingers!
