Rock Creek is on the rise with clarity becoming a issue. With some colder nights in the forecast the river should level off or start dropping. It could be a good weekend to tie flies instead. If your desperate, your best bet by far is going to be nymphing until we really see some more consistent dry fly action. For nymphing use double beaded stones, pat's rubber legs, pheasant tails, sparkle stones, little black Sloan's, and little midge patterns. Throwing streamers is a option as well. Yellow streamers are can be very productive in the spring.
