Rock Creek flows have started to drop and is a good option for floaters. Wade fishing will still be pretty dangerous and difficult, but is getting better by the day. Wade fisherman should head to the upper end where flows are more manageable. We urge you to use extreme caution while on the creek.

Count on salmonflies, drakes, yellow sallies, BWO's, caddis, and goldenstones to all be on the menu. Goldenstones and green drakes will be predominantly on the lower end of Rock Creek. Streamer fishing can also be extremely effective this time of year. Yellow yummies, Big Horn buggers, kreelex minnows, lil' kim's, mini sex dungeons, and sparkle minnows are some of our favorites.
