Rock Creek flows have held steady the last couple days and is a solid option for floating. I would stick to the upper end if your on foot. The creek is pushing a lot of water and is a absolute " no go" if your not very experienced on the oars.

The salmonflies really started to show up over the last couple days and fish are starting to chow. Green drakes, yellow sallies, and goldens are right around the corner too. Throwing a chubby with long dropper is a good plan. For dries use royal chubbies, dancing Rickys, SUV stones, cat pukes, fluttering stones, and water walkers. This is also the time of year to fish size 2 & 4 rubberlegs, yuk bugs, and bitch creeks. For other nymphs use THE WORM, tungsten stones, purple princes, and lightning bugs.
