Blackfoot River Fishing Report - 4/4

Rock Creek is still fishing quite well, even after the little rain bump we saw a few days back. Don't be surprised to see another one of those later in the week, as we're in for some additional moisture in the coming days. For dry flies, use chubby Chernobyls, stimulators, bullet head stones, half downs, parachute adams, purple hazes, elk hair caddis, and para wulffs. For sub surface patterns use micro stones, pheasant tails, Pat's rubber legs, San Juan Worms, caddis pupae, double beaded stones and batman nymphs.

Weekend Fishing Tunes: Death Cab For Cutie, Plans

With the announcement of Chris Walla's departure, it seems appropriate to highlight one of Death Cab's best albums. Find it anywhere that sells music.

HATCHES: spruce moths, nocturnal stones, PMDs, yellow sallies, caddis

FLIES: Prince nymphs, rogue stone, carnage stone, parachute adams, elk hair caddis, salmonflies/nymphs, streamers.
