REPORTS: 12/3 - It's more weather dependent right now than anything else.  There are fish up in the windless mornings and sporadically throughout the day as well.  Migdes.  The water is still plenty warm for fish to chase streamers but you'll have your best luck keeping them just off the bottom and lightly twitched on a taut line.  We're still liking smaller and now fatter but natural colored offerings. Powell's sculpins come to mind.  Typical tailwater nymph rigs if you decide to go under.  We'd take advantage of the streamers and dry fly options while you still have 'em!

HATCHES: midges

FLIES: Adams Griffith's gnats 16-20, lighting bugs, RS2, fb p-tails, scuds, muted and small streamers .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Wind is a hugely deciding factor this time of year much more so than during the summer.  If it's blowing it WILL suck!
